Support Link
Give Glide support a secure way to help you with your app.
You can now provide Glide Support with a special support link to help you with your app safely and securely.
With this link, support can look at the app and the data in the Data Editor. They can change the app and data locally (on their end) to troubleshoot, but these changes won’t be saved or won't affect your actual app.
Support will also not have access to your spreadsheet directly (although they will see the data in the Data Editor).
We keep a full record of every time support look at your app with that link and your link will automatically expire after 7 days. These links are only usable by authorized members of the Glide Support team so it is ok to share them on the forum with Glide Staff.
To get a support link, just click on your app's dropdown menu in the app dashboard and click 'Copy Support Link'.
